  • How to create entries
  • How to fill out the entry manifest
  • Category descriptions

Make sure you use the latest forms available on our How to Enter page, too.
We have updated the entry form for 2015 submissions, so make sure you use the latest one.

Electronic Award Certificates
To save mailing costs and to get them in your hands faster, like last year, all certificates will be sent electronically. You can print and distribute the certificates to your members.

Send Your Entries Electronically
We recommend sending in your entries electronically via a file sending service like Dropbox, Adobe Send or Hightail. This will save you the trouble of burning files to a CD and mailing them.

Questions?
No problem! Email Rick Borstein, FAAS President. Include a phone number if you’d like a call back.
